This is about the 100th set of these rock lights I have installed for customers through my business Red White and Glow. I would highly recommend this product for anyone that is trying to make installs of lights or anything in your rig easy!!! It took about 30 min or less to set it all up has extra fuses if any blow out! I installed this in a 2025 Explorer ST and it has been great. The controller mounts under the hood and I only had to run a single wire into the cab, so the wiring is much cleaner than traditional rocker switches that need a pair of wires for every accessory. All the terminations happen under the hood which keeps the setup tidy and organized.
The color coded buttons make it easy to see which mode each circuit is in, and they are big enough to use with gloves. The controller is well built and rated for 60 amps, which is plenty for my setup. I am currently running twelve lights and an air horn with channels left for a winch later. The backlight can be turned off at night and doesn't cause glare.
Installation was straightforward and everything needed was included. The harness lengths were reasonable, the connectors fit snugly, and the labeling made setup simple. For the price, this gives you the same functionality as higher end systems and results in a clean, factory looking install.
