Return Policy

In order to provide excellent customer service to our Led lamp products, we will refund any products returned to us within 30 days - from the date of delivery - of purchase.

If you receive your order and are not completely satisfied with the product, you can return the product with the original package. We will accept your return up to 30 days from the date of delivery. We will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer. But the product must be returned unused, undamaged in the original box with all parts, packing and instructions. Any items showing wear, damage, modification, or installation (which includes scratches, dings, dents, and cut or stripped wires) will not receive a refund.

For original shipping charges: 1), If you don't like the item received, customers are responsible for return shipping of the product to our warehouse. 2), If the item(s) you received in defective or damaged, we will responsible for the shipping charges.

Cancelling policy 
We can cancel the order for you free of charge if you contact us in time after your purchase.
1, For in stock orders, please contact us within 12 hours after the payment.
2, For customized orders, such as change address, gift package or other special requirement, please contact us within 24 hours after the payment.
3, Orders can't be canceled once the parcels are dispatched or the extensions are being customized.
