Common Questions
Q: Can I swap fuses?
A: Yes, BUT always use a new fuse with the SAME or LOWER amperage as the old one. For instance, replace a 30A fuse with another 30A or less; to replace a 5A fuse, do NOT use a 10A fuse.

Q: Why won't it charge?
A: Try a different USB-C cable. Some phone chargers that use a Type-C to Type-C cable may not be able to charge the panel due to an internal recognition chip.

Q: How to check panel battery?
A: Hold the ON/OFF button. Three white lights = full battery.

Q: The power hub has a black wire antenna. Can it be disconnected?
A: It cannot be disconnected. It’s recommended to let the antenna extend outside the box for better communication range.
