Working fine for over a year, no issues

It fit into my Jayco 5th Wheel camper and we enjoy the multiple ways it locks/unlocks.. I've bought and thrown away two other popular brands so I know from experience, this one is better. 1) the numbers don't wear off and 2) the NFC tag attached to my phone means I don't need to carry anything but my phone. I keep the key in my truck in the event the batteries go out but that hasn't happened after a year and half. The new design looks like it's even easier to bring the door closed. I plan to contact their support dept and see if I can get that new handle. I bought it off Amazon but it looks like that's no longer an option. It's a good lock and better than others. I recommend it.

Don't do it bad product and company

Gave a one star review and it was verified because of bad circuit board and they removed it so people would think it was real good what kind of company would do that they contacted me to make it right and asked for my order number haven't heard from them since, the two reviews are probably fake my review said verified by it.

Love it

Out with the old and in with the new door lock. It came with a key card four keys a key fob and to round pads that you can open by phone . Love it

Very much impressed

Been using this for 2 months now and its met expectations. No glitches, works as intended. NFC keys, fob, keypads all work as advertised. However, we have fob unlock disabled for security reasons.

It's been through rain and freezing weather and no issues. Latch needs occasional lubrication (PTFE or Silicone to not damage the foam core of the RV door), otherwise latching and unlatching may be a bit rough. -from amazon
